计价与公示规则
本站不发布“xx 元起”这类无法核对的笼统报价。以下规则说明费用如何产生、由谁确认、以及您可以索取什么。
- Published prices
- Fee standards and pricing methods are displayed in a prominent place at the clinic; you may ask to view them and request a written cost list.
- How the fee is calculated
- Cost depends on the method, materials and quantity, treatment area, number of sessions and course plan; it is set after physician assessment, so no blanket online quote is given.
- What the quote does and does not include
- When the plan is confirmed, staff itemise what the quoted fee covers. These may be billed separately depending on the plan: anaesthesia-related costs, single-use consumables and dressings, medication, examinations and tests, post-care reviews.
- Fee confirmation process
- Physician assessment → plan and itemised cost list → treatment arranged only after you confirm. No plan-linked fee is collected before assessment; if the plan changes, the cost list is re-confirmed.
- Receipts and records
- A receipt is issued after payment; the treatment plan, materials used and follow-up notes are kept in the medical record, which you may inspect and copy per regulations.
- No promise-based pricing
- We do not price or sell on promises such as "refund if unsatisfied" or "one session, permanent". If a plan must be adjusted, paused or stopped, the reason and any fee handling are explained in person.
可能单独计费的项目（基础价不含）
以下项目是否发生取决于医生确定的方案，未发生时不计费；确认方案时会逐项列明，不会在缴费时追加未告知的项目。
- 麻醉相关费用（含麻醉评估与用药，如方案需要）
- 一次性耗材与敷料（注射针头、导光耦合耗材、术后敷料等）
- 药品费用（外用或口服药物，由医生按适应症开具）
- 检查与化验费用（术前评估所需的检验项目）
- 术后复诊、护理与随访中新增的处理
- 住院费用：本机构为医疗美容诊所，不开展需住院的手术，故不产生住院费用

收费标准与项目计价方式在诊疗场所显著位置公示，就诊前可要求查看，不必等到方案确定。
索取书面清单
方案确认后，可要求出具逐项列明的费用清单，写明包含与不含内容。
保留凭证
缴费后可取得收费凭证；如对费用构成有疑问，可要求核对诊疗与收费记录。
不接受承诺式收费
本院不以"效果不满意退款""一次永久"等承诺作为收费条件；此类表述本身也不符合医疗广告规范。
