按诊疗方向的风险要点

以下为各方向常见的反应与风险点，用于就诊前沟通，不替代医生面诊时的个体化告知。

Photoelectric skin treatment

  • Erythema, oedema, dryness or short-term pigment change may occur
  • Insufficient sun protection and moisturising raises the risk of pigmentation
  • Recent strong sun exposure, photosensitive constitution or photosensitising medication must be assessed first

Injectable aesthetics

  • Pain, bruising, swelling or temporary induration may occur at the injection site
  • Rare but serious risks such as vascular embolism exist; injection must be performed by a physician experienced in the anatomy
  • Metabolism and duration vary between individuals; no duration is promised

Facial rejuvenation assessment & management

  • The degree of change depends on baseline condition, age and daily habits; individual differences are significant
  • Staged assessment is required; plans may be adjusted or paused depending on the reaction
  • Where expectation and reality differ greatly, the doctor raises this at assessment rather than scheduling treatment first

Acne & sensitive-skin management

  • Temporary breakouts, peeling or stinging may occur during the course; follow the care instructions
  • With a sensitised barrier, intensity must be reduced or paused
  • Routine, diet and skincare habits noticeably affect the process and the conclusion

Scar management

  • Scar evolution relates to constitution, site and cause; a specific degree cannot be predicted
  • Itching, pain or recurrent hypertrophy may appear during staged treatment
  • Long-term follow-up is needed; interrupting management may affect the course

Pre-operative assessment & counselling (plastic surgery)

  • The assessment may conclude "surgery not advisable now" or "refer to a qualified hospital"
  • Surgical risks (anaesthesia, infection, scarring, unsatisfactory shape, etc.) must be disclosed in person by the operating institution
  • This site makes no judgement or promise about surgical outcomes

Contraindications

不适合或需要暂缓的情形

存在以下情况时，医生会建议暂缓或不开展相应治疗，并说明原因。

  • 未满 18 周岁（仅接受评估与咨询）
  • 妊娠期、哺乳期
  • 治疗部位存在活动性感染、溃疡或未愈合创面
  • 存在严重系统性疾病、凝血功能异常或自身免疫性疾病活动期
  • 近期使用异维A酸、光敏性药物或两个月内强暴晒
  • 对预期存在明显误解，或希望在短期内达到超出医疗条件的改变

出现以下情况请立即联系

  • 治疗部位持续加重的疼痛、肿胀或皮温升高
  • 注射后出现视力变化、皮肤发白或大片瘀斑、局部麻木
  • 创面渗液、化脓或开裂
  • 发热、寒战或全身不适
  • 药物使用后出现皮疹、呼吸不畅等疑似过敏反应

知情同意是怎么做的

一、医生在面诊后说明评估结论、可选方案与各自的局限，包括“当前不建议治疗”这一可能。

二、治疗前签署《知情同意书》，内容包括治疗方式、使用的材料与器械、可能的反应与风险、术后护理与复诊安排、以及替代方案。

三、您可以要求留存《知情同意书》副本，也可以在签署前把条款带走阅读，不必当场决定。

四、方案调整或新增项目时，会重新告知并确认，包括费用变化。
